Main reasons of temperature monitor's temperature control:

1. The thermocouple model is inconsistent with the software model INPT setting;

2. Signal instability of thermocouple;

3. Wrong PID Settings.

4. The thermocouple is used for too long time, and the sensor line is too long, resulting in a temperature difference between the measured temperature and the actual temperature.

Solution:

1. Determine the dividing type of hot-spot couples, and ensure that the dividing type of thermocouple is consistent with that of INPT.

2. Ensure the thermocouple signal is stable.

3. Change the PID according to the occasion.

4. Use temperature compensation, or change hardware.
